To claim our Money-Back Guarantee:

  1. The Money-Back Guarantee* is validĀ on anyĀ AddictaLash collection.
  2. TheĀ Addictalash products need to be inĀ excellentĀ condition and in their original packaging before sending it back.
  3. Email usĀ photosĀ of your product(s) and theĀ reason whyĀ you want to send it back. Please email us atĀ support@addictalash.comĀ with yourĀ order number,Ā and we will review your application.
  4. All 30-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 30 days of receiving yourĀ AddictaLash.Ā 
  5. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
  6. If approved, we will refund you theĀ AddictaLashĀ purchase price (at the time of order), once theĀ AddictaLashĀ has been returned to our warehouse.
  7. Shipping-cost are not refundable.

We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Postage costs and the process of sending the AddictaLash back to us (once approved by ourĀ support team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded.

Once you have followed the steps and we approved your application, we will send you the return address. You have 21 days from the date we provide you with the return shipping address to send back your order. Returns shipped after this period will not be accepted.

We advise returning the productsĀ via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us unless tracked.

Once your return is received and inspected and deemed returnable, you will be refunded within 24 hours. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to reflect on your account. Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-7 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
